The whole 1989 era had the BEST music videos. My fave is wildest dreams bc it’s just so beautiful, but they’re all amazing. I’m hoping for another one when 1989 TV comes out (unlikely but a girl can dream). It’s so cool to see these through your eyes bc I think “wow that was cool!” and then you explain just HOW cool it actually was in ways I’d never know. So fun

Actually, none of the celebrities charged for their cameos. The exposure was enough, and some of them are really close friends with Taylor, so they were just happy for working with her.

I know nothing about video editing, but I love watching people discover the magical genius that is Taylor's talent, and I am enjoying learning more about editing through your reactions. The combination of witnessing your excitement at experiencing a piece of Taylor's art for the first time coupled with your enthusiasm for the technical side of these video creations makes yours unique and compelling. I can’t wait to see you do Wildest Dreams and Cardigan, both beautiful music videos! Also, everyone in this video is one of Taylor’s famous friends (at the time at least) or people she looked up too. Her cats are actually named after the characters Meredith Grey and Olivia Benson which is why those actresses are a little Easter egg 😏

Your Stanley ad was so cool! What a great way to support the channel and also exercise your creativity. I always enjoy your reactions - they make me see these videos that I've seen dozens of times in a new way! I love all of Taylor's collaborations with Joseph Kahn (Out of the Woods and Wildest Dreams are some great ones you haven't reacted to yet) - it's a bit bittersweet as I love seeing her come into her own as a writer/director, but now that she's established herself so well it seems unlikely that she'll do collaborations like this again.

Watching her perform this at the eras tour was mind blowing. She literally has flamethrowers on the stage (pointed towards the sky obviously) and they’re triggered towards the end of the song. I was pretty close to the stage and you can feel the heat. That gets you IN the song, it’s so freaking cool lol totally took me off guard.

I watch this video and just start naming all the friends that donated their time for Taylor for a bad ass video that will always be fantastic. It comes second to Freedom 90 for me as badass full of icons videos.
When I was younger and the MV came out I could really only name a few of the celebrities, but now that I’ve watched SVU I freak out when Mariska comes out all the time.
Love these in depth videos about cinematography, it’s very unique since most of the time people just review the singing/song itself. If you take requests, there’s a really great Swedish Rock group called Normandie, they have some good music videos; especially for a song called Jericho.
Bad Blood is amazing! And it only gets better when you know that all of the others characters are from what was called back then her "squad". Plus, seeing her going on war against her real life bestie Selena is pretty funny! Can't wait for you to watch the MV to Out of the woods! Just amazing (plus, you'll recognize someone from the Look what you made me do MV). Great job!!

She just asked all her famous friends to be in it…someone in it was interviewed and talked about the day-long amount of fun they had filming it with everyone
This is completely incredible! I love Taylor and I’m completely binging these reaction videos. I was wondering if you would do a reaction to “I Bet You Think About Me” which I have crowned as Taylor’s most unhinged MV and is one is my favourites. It also contains a lot of editing to do with colour I would be interested in hearing the technical side of. Thank you for making these. I look forward to all future videos

I loved your commentary and it made me appreciate a video that I’ve been watching for almost a decade in a new way so thank you! I haven’t seen anyone comment this but you would absolutely love her video for I Knew You Were Trouble ~ and I want so so badly to hear what you think
Please please react to Cardigan & willow!! both were directed by taylor during covid & are stuningly beautiful but additionally the willow video starts right where cardigan left off. Ive seen a lot of cardigan requests but honestly it might be worth doing those too one after another. Love youre reactions, cant wait for the extended lwymmd video if its coming!
BTW fun fact at the 18min mark of your video, the two women who pass taylor are characters that taylor named her cats after From SVU-detective olivia benson and greys anatomy Dr meredith grey. Thats two of her cats names, the third is benjamin button who she actually adopted after filming her BONKERS video with a lot of special effects called ME!
What do you think of Joseph Kahn as a music video director? He's been my favorite for almost 25 years. His visuals are stunning. Thank you for reviewing this video!
If you've ever seen the Hitchcock movie "Rear Window," Jimmy Stewart's rear window is exactly the same mid-century design as this one. These people know exactly what they are doing.
First…. The Stanley commercial?! I love it…. I already have a Stanley cup but you just make me want another one….. talking about the Queen lol, this video is insane, watching it slowly with you made me realize there’s one of my favorite actresses/singers in there lol (Hailee Steinfeld) and if you want to post the extended version I would watch it without problems lol😂 plus…I will give another shot to tell you to react to Miss you by Louis Tomlinson and Midnight Memories by One Dircetion
I can’t wait til you see more of Joseph Kahn’s TS video’s- Out of the Woods, Style, Wildest Dreams, Ready for Dreams; Delicate. Taylor learned a LOT from him so started co-directing then moved into fully directing her videos (She just won her 3rd Best Video Directing Award at this week’s VMAs for Anti-Hero! 🎉)
The entire album for Black Panther. What? He produced and created that whole thing. Guest artists brought on by him. He’s a genius. In all ways that count.
By the way, I paused where you first paused. Does the "office" interior set look familiar? Yep, Taylor used it again as Tayler's offices in her video for The Man.
all the cameos are like famous singers, actress or supermodels: Hailee Steinfeld as The Trinity, GiGi Hadid as Slay-Z, Ellie Goulding as Destructa X, Hayley Williams as The Crimson Curse, Karlie Kloss as Knockout, Lily Aldridge as FrostByte, Jessica Alba as Domino, Cindy Crawford as Headmistress, Serayah as Dilemma, Ellen Pompeo as Luna, Mariska Hargitay as Justice and obviously Selena Gomez as Arsyn
I'd love to see your reactions to all her 1989 MV's (Style, Wildest Dreams, Shake it off, Blank Space) And also, when the Eras Tour documentary/movie comes to streaming, I want you to react to it.
These reaction/breakdowns are so cool! Love hearing how they do it and as a big T swiz fan I can’t wait to see your reactions to the rest of her videos! (Wildest Dreams? 🤔) Awesome work man!
Josh, I have to be honest with you: I watch A LOT of editors reactions to mostly everything, but man, YOU KILL IT! The perfect combination of technical aspects, art, and your always appreciated point of view. THANK YOU! PS. You gained a new follower and soon subscriber 🤗.
I went to Communications School so the details you pay attention to align to what I notice and no other editor addresses. I think you should do extended version, my man, I'm here for them! And be honest, BEFORE YOU LOOKED IT UP how many female celebrities could you name? You're correct with Ellie Goulding, Zendaya, Cara Delevingne. Who's The Headmistress, for instance? THEN you'll understand the budget better 😅.

Please do all of these!!! 🥺🥺🥺
Edit to add: oh god I forgot Wildest Dreams, how could I!!!
the Stanley ad was so cool!!! I really love your videos and your vibe 🥰 Greetings from Mexico 🇲🇽
Thank you so much!!! Glad you enjoy my videos!!
A new one!! I love them all, but seeing people be shocked by Taylor swift in the best ways is always amazing!!!!
hope you do all the mv she directed! they’re all amazing
The reactions are just top notch
I loved your commentary and it made me appreciate a video that I’ve been watching for almost a decade in a new way so thank you! I haven’t seen anyone comment this but you would absolutely love her video for I Knew You Were Trouble ~ and I want so so badly to hear what you think
Wow, thank you!
So again- Joseph Kahn directing (his 1989 and Reputation era videos are amazing); this video won Video of the Year at the Grammy’s.
Please please react to Cardigan & willow!! both were directed by taylor during covid & are stuningly beautiful but additionally the willow video starts right where cardigan left off. Ive seen a lot of cardigan requests but honestly it might be worth doing those too one after another. Love youre reactions, cant wait for the extended lwymmd video if its coming!
it sure is!! Can't wait to do it!! Thank you!!
@@Videoeditorreacts awesome 😁 Definitely worth doing either together or one after the other.
The "Me!" Music Video is super fun!
AHHH you got to Bad Blood, such a fun an incredible video. Again, i love your reactions! thank you for always delivering incredible details
I loved this when it came out, and it is still DOPE, but you can see why Taylor took over directing her own videos! Amazing breakdown!
YOU:How many famous people are in this?. 17:59
Taylor Swift: yes.
Your videos are amazing!!!!!!!!!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉
LOL - Thank you so much!!
Love to see out of the wood and behind the scenes video ❤️✌
What do you think of Joseph Kahn as a music video director? He's been my favorite for almost 25 years. His visuals are stunning. Thank you for reviewing this video!
He is amazing!!! All of his work so far has far exceeded my expectations! Thank you!
Top tier breakdown.
Keep up the epic work 🤩
I’d love to see you react to Wildest Dreams! That one is my personal favorite Taylor music video just based on the vibes and gorgeous visuals!
It's a trailer for a movie that simply MUST be made!
If you've ever seen the Hitchcock movie "Rear Window," Jimmy Stewart's rear window is exactly the same mid-century design as this one. These people know exactly what they are doing.
Every person in this video is a famous cameo. Actresses, models, singers. Her nemesis is played by Selena Gomes (her BFF).
Very excited for you to watch “Out Of The Woods” 😬
if you want kendrick music videos, some of his best are "humble," "family ties" with baby keem, "the heart part 5," "alright," and "n95"
Thank you so much!!! I can't wait to check those out! I noticed her too the second time around!!
Speaking of warehouses, have you reacted to "this is America," yet?
If not, prepare yourself. That video is nuts.
That was amazing your editing skills are just top notch
You will surely get called up for top stuff
Thank you!!
Love the stanley commercial! so cool!
"What IS this? An action movie?!" Yes, my love, yes it is! So loved this & really can't wait for Out Of The Woods & it's bts!
all the cameos are like famous singers, actress or supermodels: Hailee Steinfeld as The Trinity, GiGi Hadid as Slay-Z, Ellie Goulding as Destructa X, Hayley Williams as The Crimson Curse, Karlie Kloss as Knockout, Lily Aldridge as FrostByte, Jessica Alba as Domino, Cindy Crawford as Headmistress, Serayah as Dilemma, Ellen Pompeo as Luna, Mariska Hargitay as Justice and obviously Selena Gomez as Arsyn
Thank you for this!
I'd love to see your reactions to all her 1989 MV's (Style, Wildest Dreams, Shake it off, Blank Space)
And also, when the Eras Tour documentary/movie comes to streaming, I want you to react to it.
I'll check it out!
Thanks!
These reaction/breakdowns are so cool! Love hearing how they do it and as a big T swiz fan I can’t wait to see your reactions to the rest of her videos! (Wildest Dreams? 🤔) Awesome work man!
Thank you so much!!
Thank you so much! That means a lot!! I appreciate the kind words and I am so happy you enjoy the videos!!
Not many LOL. Probably 5?
@@Videoeditorreacts so what famous supermodel is The Headmistress? Clue: Also appears on the Freedom 90 video.
i’m honestly happy to be subscribed before your famous
I'm not so much a Swifty as my 5 adult daughters. Just happened across this video and thought hmm why not? Your reactions are so genuine and pure love for your craft. It was interesting to learn the different techniques it took to make this video. Now I'm gonna have to subscribe and watch your others. Oh, and P.S. you'll gain a huge following the more TS videos you do. Those Swifty's follow her no matter where she is.
Do the “Wildest Dreams” one. It has her heartbeat listed as a legitimate music instrument. You’re welcome.
