Maine apni puri articleship mein sirf explore kra hai knowledge increase karne ke liye jaise Maine first year top 10 firm mein kari , 2nd year ek mediocre firm mein kari taki thodi padai bhi kar sakun and last year industrial ke liye jaunga

1. Cost Structure
2. Opportunity for that course to enter
3. Reservation
4. Inflow and outflow analysis
Ofcourse i agree that we as ca student need to up our game because market is reality
Lol CFA want graduates to already be in work experience thats makes graduate work extra hard to get a job by themselves without any help from course despite many foreign students go to lower tier colleges they still work hard to get employed themselves.

2. Communication Skills pe Course hona chahiye

There is a reason why only rank holders are given the training . They need to build infrastructure to support this . A college in every major city for that training and collaborating with the too b school in that major city . Or , ICAI should give licenses to the top coaching institutes to carry out softskill training and make it compulsory for every student to attend this . And this my friend should be rigorous. Something on these lines ?

Its not ki bacche ke characteristics thik nhi hai toh woh CA nahi karpayega. First he has to have some deep sense of attachment to the subject. It might take time, but telling that you wont be capable , is also bad for the kid. You can put that character development into practice.

Jee mains is also conducted in india as well as Jee advanced and if you see the way they check exams its good its OMR based so it can also be done for CA exams I feel so just imagine people conducting Jee mains exams be better suited to conduct those

Because what we get in return after Doing CA does not match the efforts we put in Doing CA. If you take the data of top 30 MBA colleges in India, all of them providing average salary above 10-11 lakh per annum (in top 10 MBA college this average is around 20lakh per annum) and time invested in MBA is 2 years ( 3 years if you give 1 year to prepare for CAT) and almost 80% of the students getting jobs in campus placement.
Now when you come to CA, average salary is just 7 to 8 lakh per annum, time invested is around 5 years and the worst part is that only around 30% passouts are getting job in campus placement. Jo big 4 CA ko job dete hain on average salary around 7 lakh wo hi MBA colleges me jake 20 lakh ki job offer krte hain.
So if a student does MBA he will get double salary than a CA in just half of the time that is required by CA and chances to get job in campus placement is much more.
Plus in MBA a student enjoys college life, have no frustration like CA and no pain of articleship.
So you should do CA only when you do not have money to pay fess for MBA or you want to do practice. For job Seekers MBA is always a better option.

My parents both working hard in private sector and almost all the income is spend on daily or monthly expenses.
I was Just thinking to getting a job after graduation and do MBA side by side .

Excellent video.........Sir, my friend passed CA FINAL in may 2019 and he is getting job of Rs.25000 per month, that much amt. is earned by accountants easily....
Becoming ca and having success in ca are distinct...his salary depends on his skills..
