it was an Omnisphere present with the word “Sid” in it and I took out the white noise instrument. After that I exported the melody and reversed it and put it very quite on the melody and added reverb and a little delay to both

I just put a tweaked default radio preset of the eq, then turned the mix level to half
If you mean the filter it’s either fruity love lowpass filter or just made in eq and the effect might be tape stop and then tape on in gross beat
