    Karachi biryani is a popular dish from Pakistan that is made with meat (usually chicken or beef), rice, and a variety of spices. Here is a recipe you can follow to make it:
    Ingredients:
    1 lb boneless chicken or beef
    2 cups basmati rice
    3 cups water
    1 onion, finely chopped
    2 tomatoes, finely chopped
    1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
    1 tsp red chili powder
    1 tsp turmeric powder
    1 tsp cumin powder
    1 tsp coriander powder
    1 tsp garam masala powder
    2 tbsp oil
    Salt to taste
    1/4 cup yogurt (optional)
    2 tbsp chopped cilantro (optional)
    1/4 cup fried onions (optional)
    Instructions:
    Soak the rice in water for 30 minutes.
    In a pot, heat oil and sauté onions until golden brown.
    Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
    Add tomatoes and cook until they become soft.
    Add the meat, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Cook until the meat is browned.
    Drain the rice and add it to the pot with the meat mixture.
    Add 3 cups of water and bring to a boil.
    Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot and cook for 18-20 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and the water has been absorbed.
    Remove from heat and let it sit for 10 minutes.
    Fluff the rice with a fork and mix in yogurt, cilantro, and fried onions (if using).
    Serve hot and enjoy your Karachi biryani!
    Note: You can also cook the biryani in a pressure cooker or dum style for more authentic taste

    Ingredients:
    1 lb boneless chicken ya beef
    2 cups basmati chawal
    3 cups pani
    1 pyaz, halki halki katay huay
    2 tamatar, halki halki katay huay
    1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
    1 tsp lal mirch powder
    1 tsp haldi powder
    1 tsp zeera powder
    1 tsp dhania powder
    1 tsp garam masala powder
    2 tbsp oil
    Namak taste ke liye
    1/4 cup dahi (optional)
    2 tbsp chopped hara dhania (optional)
    1/4 cup fry huay pyaz (optional)
    Instructions:
    Chawal ko pani mein 30 minutes ke liye bhigo den.
    Ek pot mein oil garam karen aur piyaz golden brown hone tak sauté karen.
    Ginger-garlic paste add karen aur ek minute tak sauté karen.
    Tamatar add karen aur soft hone tak cook karen.
    Meat, lal mirch powder, haldi powder, jeera powder, dhania powder, garam masala powder aur namak add karen. Meat brown hone tak cook karen.
    Chawal ko drain kar ke pot mein meat mixture ke saath add karen.
    3 cups pani add karen aur boil karen.
    Heat ko low karen, pot ko cover kar ke 18-20 minutes ke liye cook karen ya chawal cook ho jaye aur pani absorb ho jaye.
    Heat se hata den aur 10 minutes ke liye rakh den.
    Chawal ko fork se fluff karen aur dahi, hara dhania aur fried onions (agar use kar rahe hain) mix karen.
    Garam garam serve karen aur Karachi biryani enjoy karen!
    Note: Aap biryani ko pressure cooker ya dum style mein bhi cook kar sakte hain jisse aur authentic taste milega.
