Me quedaba embobado viendo a este maestro marionetero en la Rambla de Barcelona cuando era pequeño. Siempre quería verlo cuando paseaba por allí. Así como también a la rana pianista de la Rambla. Ambos marioneteros muy respetables.

This is a dying art form. When I was a kid there were old films of puppeteers who could do this with two puppets, one in each hand. Live performances were few and far between. The one scene that is most prominent in my memory is from the iconic film The Sound of Music. *Sigh* Corny at the time, but an endearing memory today.
This guy`s been doing this for years and years. I saw him in Amsterdam back in the early 90s. I was busking; walking on broken glass and juggling etc. Wish there was footage still of me then I could watch as well. Lovely footage here, thanks for posting.

You would be surprised by how talented puppeteers are. Unfortunately, the craft has been mostly replaced by CGI. It's also very complicated and time-consuming since you need so many performers to do a single shoot. I repped many puppeteers during the shooting of Team America. A single scene would have 15-20 performers side by side, some holding two puppets.
