I’m glad to hear your moving on from every numbered spine! So expensive to try and keep that going. Love the shout collection. I need to grab a few of these and you need to watch a few. Good times as usual.
I’m definitely still trying to get them all. I just won’t overpay or worry so much about it anymore. But yeah I definitely need to watch some of these.

Nice!! I needed a video distraction to take me away for awhile Today!! The thing about Shout Select is i'm way behind on collecting so the fact that a lot have no slips makes it easier to get caught up than Scream Factory! Though I wish all of them came with slips it just makes it easier collecting catch up wise outside of the ones that did come with slips being so expensive! "Twins" will be forever my favorite release of theres no matter what future ones they will bring as I will never forget as a little kid seeing Kelly Preston on the screen for the first time and even that young my breath was taken away by her beauty!
You had me at Kelly Preston. She was so beautiful. But yeah I don’t feel the need to buy from Shout Select right away because it doesn’t have a slipcover most of the time. It’s frustrating but like you said it’s easier to collect them that way.
Great collection. So many great ones in there but ones I would highly recommend are .
Colors - saw in theaters and still holds up.
Streets of fire - great film, killer soundtrack
Trepass- fun watch
Mr. Mom - love this film. ,funny to me and quotable . Still day to this day. When working on house. "220 221 wherever it takes "
American me- powerful film and lead actor was almost killed because of him doing the film.
Biloxi blues- watched so much. An always a fun time .
Explorers- watch since I was a young Lad. An love it. Don't know if your like . So I have alot of nostalgia with it .
All of the titles you mentioned are actually ones I have an interest in seeing. I’ve especially been meaning to watch Colors. I feel like I’ll really enjoy that. I’ve probably held off on Streets Of Fire because it’s a musical. But I’ll check it out at some point.
@@bobsblurays streets of fire. Is not a musical . Like rent or mama mia . It's a movie. That has concert montages mostly at the beginning and end. . It's more similar to a LA Bamba or films like that
Awesome collection Bob! I only have a few shout select titles my self. The Pianist is a fantastic movie and highly recommend you watch that when you can.

The first PG-13 movie ever made was Indiana Jones And The Temple Of Doom, Trespass and American Me is a MUST watch.
I got around to checking out Trespass and thought it was pretty good.

Indiana Jones was not the first PG-13 movie. It was rated PG. The Indy film, and Gremlins, sparked conversation over movie violence and they created the PG-13 rating because of it. Red Dawn was the first film to be rated PG-13 (this is USA releases)
I was going to collect them all because of the numbered spines, but I just could not bring myself to purchasing some of those tittles. I still have a large collection of them though.
Yeah I totally understand that. I remember you telling me that you stopped collecting all of them. It can be difficult to stop once you start.
You're cutting me deep saying you didn't like one thing about The Jerk. Not even the great Bernadette Peters? You redeemed yourself some on Summer School. A few I would recommend prioritizing: Streets of Fire, Macon County Line, and The Missing.
I know I upset a lot of people with my take on The Jerk. It’s nothing personal. Haha. I definitely need to check out Macon County Line and Streets Of Fire soon. Thanks.
Between Shout, Shout Select and Scream Factory I have about 200 total titles, I’m a collector but I’m not a completist.
It’s a lot smarter to not try and be complete on everything. That can get expensive and dangerous.

No, I watch my movies. But I love to blind buy. And I don’t have a lot of time to watch movies unfortunately.
