I got my first panic attack in Rome in 2010. I visited another few times and I guess Italy is just not my country 💔 When I feel anxious I avoid eating meat, usually that helps. I wonder, if some of us saw you on the street can we come and say Hi? 😅

omg same! I visited Rome twice and I was also soooo anxious. I just told my bf yesterday, that I will visit Rome as many times as it takes to feel good, because I really love the architecture and I want to enjoy sightseeing😂😅

I went last year for work, it was alright. Although, I didn't socialise much. I felt very overwhelmed and to my soul neither the City nor the country were for me sadly..💔
About the truffle thing. I have the same think when I eat anything with truffle. My stomach just cannot handle it. It’s truffle intolerance 😅
