@@vrishinprakaschandra1190 no it isn't, that being said there is certain fishing spots in Namibia where you don't need a 4x4, for example between myle 8 and 27 there are spots where you can park your car and still being close enough to fish out of it, as you can see in my video. in fact certain well known fishing spots you can even reach with a normal car.
