People get so bent out of shape over EVERYTHING these days!!! You do you and you buy your kids what you want and what they love! Every family is different and no one has the right to tell anyone else how to live their life, raise their children, or spend their money! I’ve been buying my Daughter makeup since she was 7! She’s almost 12 now and still loves experimenting with different products and colors but she only leaves the house with minimal makeup on - she can add more as she gets older. I love encouraging my Daughters self expression with makeup and clothes. As little people it gives them a little bit of an outlet and it’s fun!! I hope you and your family have an amazing Christmas!!!
Man, people go crazy over kids having fun wearing makeup. When I was Ollies age (in the early 2000s), I had a caboodle full of metalic silver lipstick and roll on glitter gel 😂
@@SarahMarieP For me it's great as long it's safe make up; something natural with no harsh chemicals. We should all take a look at our chemical load. There are great natural cosmetic products out there! Sure the packaging maybe isn't as cool...
I had the hand issue when my girl was your daughters age. Our pediatrician told us at the time the schools soap is very cheap. She said to send her to school with her own antibacterial with aloe. The hands cleared up immediately after stopped using school soap. Might help darlin.
My son loves playing school with his Beanie boo’s, I’ve recently found the “real littles” backpacks. They come with mini school supplies. Your girls would love them
My 5yr old loves to create looks with makeup she’s actaully really good at it! Who knows that could turn into a career later so I have no problem with it. So she is getting makeup and kids face wash and face moisturizer and a bratz makeup bag with makeup brushes ect. For Christmas. Obviously on top of her other gifts.
I love your gift guides. You take the time to find your girls, unique gifts & are so in tune with their own personal interests. You put a lot of thought into what you buy, not just junk. Your girls will have a great Christmas for sure!! Great job mama ❤
I got my 6 yr old one of those Mariah Elizabeth mystery toys, so glad I picked it up when I saw it!! Lol!! Also, got her one of those popit games, so cute!! Love the colourpop makeup idea, and little brushes, they are so cute!!🙌🏼🙌🏼💖💖
I have been binging all these Christmas videos :) I think it's so wonderful that you are showing your little girl how to be a young woman. When my daughter turned 10 years old, I gifted her a skin care/make-up/coming-of-age basket. She was so stoked to finally get the chance to shave her legs! Every girl needs a good mama to show them the ropes. There is NO shame in this. In fact, there are far too many little girls behaving like boys and not showing their God-given femininity. You did great sharing all these thoughtful gifts. I love giving to my one and only :) That in itself is my Christmas present. Praise the Lord God Jesus! May we never be ashamed of leading our young women in our lives. Merry Christmas!!
Great video. Merry Christmas to you and your family and happy new year. I saw the pop it game on my Tik Toc too. I kinda want it and I’m 26. lol 😂 have a great day.
My daughters are 4 & 5 and love to do their make up like mommy so they get chapstick and light colored eyeshadow. I don’t see a problem with buying young girls makeup at all.
Where did you get that cute little purple kuromi mug? I just love it!!! Oh, and the little heart case with rings, the Sanrio character one? I just love all your content Sarah, you’re the best! Merry Christmas to you and your family ♥️♥️♥️
My 3y/o is the fanciest person I’ve ever met. She loves all girly girl things. Doesn’t leave the house without a bow in her hair. Loves purses, jewelry, dresses, frilly socks, has like 10 pair of Mini Melissas and adores makeup. We replace her Barbie makeup set every time she runs out. Idagf about what anyone says . She is 3 and if she wants to look like a painted Jezebel 😂, as my husband says, she will look like a painted jezebel in the safety of our own home where she can express her love for all the pretty things. And I’m hispanic. I grew up not being able to do anything like that because “nail polish and makeup aren’t for little girls” 🙄🤦🏻♀️ I’ve rebelled!😂
Hahah I LOVE this! My husband and I always joke how our girls look like they just got home from a rave that lasted about two weeks. Makeup smears, glitter everywhere, looking rough.
I saw in another videos comment section that Takis can cause stomach issues I think it was an ulcer that one commentors daughter got from eating them. So might want to talk to a doctor about that/limit them. But since you mentioned digestive issues you already know that.
Yeah, we just talked to her pediatrician about it haha. We already limited them because I knew they could cause digestive issues. She only has a few at a time and that seems to work for her.
Oh wow, it’s going to take your girls hours in the morning trying to decide what bag, bag clip, jewelry, hair accessories and croc charms that they are going to wear every day! I can see a lot of meltdowns over this so maybe make a rule that that kind of decision has to be made the night before?! They are going to love all the stuff!
If people are worried about a child wearing makeup being perceived a certain way, they should be more concerned about the person who perceives them in any other way than a child expressing themselves.
Do people not realize makeup is essentially face paint at their age 😅 you’re not giving them lip plumper or something to try to give them sex appeal 😩 how is having pink and blue eyeshadow smeared on their face trying to turn them in to adults? Of course little girls like colorful, glittery things. Why do people have to make it weird?
I'm not trying to throw shade or be rude. I just really have a question about the hole makeup thing. Do you think what's your daughter's being the agent's? They are that maybe allowing them to wear. Makeup is allowing them to grow up too. Fast? I'm a mom. I don't have a girl, so I'm just trying to understand. I'm not trying to come out you and be rude or nasty or troll or anything like that. I just simply am Curious to see your thoughts on that. Because my thoughts are to try to keep them children in a sense. Etc, you know what I mean as long as possible. But I have boys so it could be different. They're not asking for makeup obviously, but just curious. Don't you worry about them growing up too fast.😊
It’s what girls like to do my daughter is 9 she’s obsessed with make up I got her a make up advent calendar it’s just abit of fun for them . Like this woman said no way in hell would we get concealer mascara and all that it’s mainly lip gloss eye shadows etc I don’t see anything wrong in it myself
I understand your concern and I do think there are lines and boundaries when it comes to introducing children to beauty and or image related things. If my daughters were being influenced by others to think that they need makeup to make themselves beautiful or that they need to cover their skin or change other parts of themselves to fit into society’s norms then I’d be way more hesitant to gift them makeup. However, my girls know it’s just for fun and that makeup is a form of artistry that takes practice but is a wonderful form of self expression. It’s also incredibly common and age appropriate for little kids to be interested in makeup especially when it looks like arts and crafts.
My daughter is 9 and loves to play with makeup. She used to play with mine but I would get frustrated because they would get broken on accident so I bought her own for her. Just some e.l.f. eyeshadow and blush and then some lipglosses and tinted chapsticks. And now she can paint her face to match the clown doll she has, without my makeup being ruined. I'm being honest too, she uses waaaaaaaay too much product. But were working on it and her favorite part is after she does her makeup she gets to use my special face wash
Imagine becoming upset because another mum decides its ok to allow her daughter play with make up 😳 is that not normal? Little girls just wanting to play with lipstick and eye shadow? Lol Well love your gifting videos ❤
If the hand washing is concerning please consider counseling. If shes washing at times she should then maybe get a soap thats not antibacterial. Only medical personnel need that stuff and sometimes antibacterial soaps dry out skin.
I love your videos and you are for sure an amazing mom, but I wish people would not buy that chinese sh*t. I would never let my child use anything bought from Temu, Wish, Alibaba, etc. you don't know what toxins have been used. Better to buy less, quality and safety are more important than 💵. ✌🏻
Unfortunately you can’t really trust anything, 95% of things sold at Walmart, target, Amazon, etc are made out of the country with different regulations. Even some small shops sell questionable things.
@@blehhitsmorgan Yes sure, I never buy from those Chinese sellers I see from Amazon. Or maybe a balloon or something that we use for a party and then throw it away... But no toys, clothes, jewelry, foods, etc. I live in the EU zone so I think what they sell in the stores is all safe and Amazon's own collection is great, they sell trustworthy brands.
@@katemiller7874 And not only that, their products are TOXIC. Not only do they make people work with minimal wage in extremely bad working conditions (and breathing toxins for sure), they pollute nature, but also they fill the rest of the world with cheap TOXIC stuff that ends up in a landfill in a few months. I have a few Shein dresses myself, so I don't say I am innocent, but I am always worried about wearing those so I won't be buying anything from there anymore.

Great ideas! You should save some of the croc charms for Valentine’s Day, especially the heart and pink ones!
Best stocking stuffers ever!!!!

We are new to the club this year 😂 ❤
New to your channel ! I have a 2yr old Olive and never “met” another! Awesome
Love the pop it game, I bought one for my teenage girl... and one for me ! ❤Love your red and green eye-liner !!!
Lmao my 5 year old daughter already digs in and uses my makeup in my bathroom cabinet ❤ i love it
I bought my daughter the squish mellow lip gloss you showed. She picked it out and doesn't know she's getting it for Christmas. ❤

Try the jalapeño hot Cheetos! I don’t care for the regular hot ones but the jalapeño hit different!
Nail stickers can usually also go on other things, I decorated my DS with them and they sayed on by themselves fairly well.
