For example in Connecticut we have the best Pizza in the world, and I would put a lot at stake with that statement, we have better Pizza than New York, Chicago, Italy, all of them. Look up Pepe's in New Haven, anyway a pizza maker from New England decided to move out to California and start making pies out there, but it wasn't the same, the taste and pizzas just weren't coming out as good, they figured out it was from the water they were using. So he had specific water from the new England transported to his place in CA so that he could make pizza like he did when on the East Coast! So IF it did taste different they could probably identify why and fix it. I am bored, sorry :)

For example in Connecticut we have the best Pizza in the world, and I would put a lot at stake with that statement, we have better Pizza than New York, Chicago, Italy, all of them. Look up Pepe's in New Haven, anyway a pizza maker from New England decided to move out to California and start making pies out there, but it wasn't the same, the taste and pizzas just weren't coming out as good, they figured out it was from the water they were using. So he had specific water from the new England transported to his place in CA so that he could make pizza like he did when on the East Coast! So IF it did taste different they could probably identify why and fix it. I am bored, sorry :)

아마도 모든 음식이 평균적으로 가장 맛있고 다양한 수준에 있는게 한국 아닐까 싶습니다.
이건 자랑 일 수도 있고, 그 반대 일 수도 있고, 두가지가 다 섞여 있을 수도 있어요.
ㅇㅈ 사실 슬픈 현실.. 지금 많은 요식업이 문을 닫고 가게와 집기류가 싸게 나오니까 또다른사람이 쉽게 시작하고 또 금방 문을 닫는 안타까운 사이클이 많이 일어나는듯.. 그 속에 프랜차이즈는 아무래도 좀 더 버티지만 개인사업자들은 정말 어려운 형국ㅠㅠ 힘내십쇼 저는 오늘도 동네빵집 갑니다!
