@@emmajensen1805 he filed case against the women who did all these false accusations on him. He also send court notices to many twitter users who were spreading false rumours against him for months. Most of the Twitter's users were minor so he just accepted the apology without pushing them for further legal action. As for the main culprit. She accepted that all she said was a lie .She issued a statement..as directed by court that every accusations that she threw on him was a complete lie. It was bcz she cud not handle the break up. They did settle for the agreement. He is making a good comeback since then. He received massive public support. He has been doing fan meets and is now also coming with the Chinese movie "infinity" however there is still some court case going on which will take time to settle. And there are still ppl who keep saying nonsense about him n even openly threaten him that they will not let him come back in thai industry

I m noticing this since a long time that poi from the boc she has been always something wrong to the KP cast members bui bib to everyone she is an a*shole she played dirty tricks on them.. And those fake allegations from those ex's is all wrong.. Once bui became the most wanted loved by everyone. These ex's and haters came from nowhere until these years. @@amberhadley1712 with many companies, artists that are under contract don't really have complete control of their accounts. In most cases whatever the artists wants to put on or save on their accounts must be approved by their agency. It wouldn't surprise me if Bible was " asked " to remove them for now.

One thing that came to my mind the first time I saw a video of Apo, Mile and others being harassed is that what if there's no actors to play the role, they themselves will be the one who suffer, right? I think most and foremost , the two writers of the KP MUST BE kept away from the artists. On a recent you tube, it showed outright harassment of the artists by these two writers. BOC has an obligation to keep the artists safe. As for Buid, the female writer is vindictive and should be completely banned getting near any of the artists. She was harrassing Barcode and others in the You Tube.

This is why relationships in the industry are so risky. You are in the public eye and they expect you to be perfect. Actors are human with the whole set of emotions, that define who we are. I liked the role Build played as Pete. It was always hard to ship Bible/build, they do have good chemistry. We dont know what goes n behind closed doors. So I just hope the legal case can be settled amicably.

I can say that BOC having a conference on a live stream is absolutely unprofessional & should be handled privatly in a court of law. They have made this into an absolute circus, putting Builds' life & career on the line. No matter what the truth is, I can see Build taking this all on himself to satisfy BOC. If this happens, it gives BOC the perfect storm to have one of two things happen... one, it will make Build feel so horrible that he will quit or two, it will give BOC the right to terminate Builds' contract. The way it is looking right now, I can see either of those happening. Also, I want to know how this fan meet got out of hand like that & why Bible wasn't allowed to get near Build. It was clear that Bible didn't know what was happening but the staff did. I would really like to know whose idea that was to let Build do that.
Clearly BOC is incredibly worried about their own reputation as opposed to the very serious situation happening between two of their employees. They only care about themselves and if they have to shift as much blame to one of them instead and then terminate them, it would much better suit them too I am sure.
A live is ridiculous. This is definitely something for the courts. There’s a lot of he says she says, the “evidence” is incriminating on both parties and there is no way to actually confirm the validity of any of those screenshots because they can be forged. For that a court of law is of utter importance. You can’t bullshit evidence like that in court.. i mean you can but it will be found out.
It's hard saying what is up and down in this. Both Build and Poi has shown some very problematic sides of themselves. Neither is an angel, and they have had close contact, either as a friendship or now possible relationship since 2020 or earlier. That is facts. There has also been speculations amongst some, where Build got the money for his *very* expensive wardrobe, going back to early KP days (Filmania days), if he was actually rich.
Poi's overall periodical irrational behavior, and then her treatment/harassment of other cast members, show some pretty concerning signs, not to mention a lack of boundaries. Build's first scandal last year in June shows that he has had, or could still have, some pretty toxic views on women. He was caught having made homophobic, misogynistic, sexist, and r*pe victim blaming comments through the years, and he flat out admitted and apologized. The proof texts of this is from him being age 20 and older. Plenty old enough to know what he was saying.
Causing his first suspension from BoC, but still being allowed to stay.
I know he has said that he has changed his attitude, since getting to know the BoC guys, getting better friends, but that means Build was in his mid 20's, before he even 'started changing views' (after getting to know Poi and Yok). There are different older video clips that show possible concerning behavior from both. This makes it complicated.
Plagiarism is probably not a factor, as it can be hard to say, who even got the idea for the possible concept, IF the story is even the same, as they could have been in the same idea sharing talks. Yok, Poi, Build, US, and JJ has been hanging out frequently for years. Who said what is hard to say, and BoC's series is being written by an extern author, so it will always be her story, even if concept idea came from Poi and not Build. So not plagiarism really.
The financial- and physical abuse accusations are much more serious, and question is if some/all of it is true or not. This is turning into a circus, especially after BoC (Pond) said there will be a press conference to clear out the facts. Worst idea EVER. No matter what the truth is, it will put the victim in the same room as the abuser, in a public livestream. And this is also the case if Build is the only or primary victim in this case. This should be done in private, with a written statement.
On my opinion it should be done in a court room, where there is protection and proper written statements, but now this seems like it has turned into a media circus, and out of all the solutions they had to come up with the conclusion of ending this in youtube in a conference? Seems like there is a lot of personal favoring and sidings here, this is certainly not appropriate to bring both accusers and the accused in the same room and have public talks specially when we don't know neither of their true personality and inner thoughts, at this point it has gotten purely confusing
@@drama_maina Absolutely agrees. I don't know what Pond is thinking, except showing a savior complex again. Them going from stating to be fairly neutral, to now Pond getting on screen with both of them in same room. Worst idea ever, and not even for Build and Poi (no matter if they agreed to this), but also how this media circus can affect the other BoC guys, and their current and future projects. The fact that we even have to wait for days for this, because Pond has to finish his vacation first, instead of him getting his a** home, to do this, since it's now his 'brilliant' solution.
The man's hero/savior complex has reached new heights, turning this into a public media stunt 🙄 NO one wins anything on this, not even Pond.
@mariwolfie5548 the fact that the writers and the company may have some beef going on that they want to make it into a talk and solve situation, like come on both posted EVERYTHING In social media in likes of having justice, so why not let it go into legal hands and end it once and for all? Cause even after this it might get pulled into a long string afterwards too there is no doubt, just wishing it won't turn into a screaming fiasco and instead ending it in one peace cause I might have a feeling that both of their behaviours might get on eachothers nerves when it comes to commotions face to face cause I have seen many in my life happing such, but seeing it happen to a very influential person just hits different doesn't it?
I personally couldn’t care less if he used her for money or what he said in his past. Regardless if it was early 20s or mid 20s people grow and they learn and they change. He doesn’t live there anymore so why hold it against him. The only thing that needs to be exonerated is if he abused her. The plagiarism is BS because even if he told Sammon the idea she still has to write the whole story out. It’s not like he delivered a full script to her. I’m not a it’s either black or white type of person. I’m very much a grey person. I don’t think Build is innocent of everything but I highly doubt he’s out her selling stories and beating women up. @cramos623 most people these days tend to look and take sides with only knowing mere facade of the story, she knew she would have the upper hand of her people since she is a women, and society sometimes forget that abuse doesn't have a gender, this looks like the Johnny and Amber heard case to me, like Johnny had his minus points for example his drinking habit, but his ex's said that not even once that he was abusive so did biu's former gf but be honest isn't it a bit confusing and fishy that the company has decided to do a PUBLIC conference with the two of them in the same room? Like they are literally using this as an opportunity for clout and its clearly visible, this is a serious case cause even one small mistake can change one's life in this case, this SHOULD BE SOLVED IN A COURT ROOM AND NOT IN A PUBLIC CONFERENCE

There’s so much happening right now and in Twitter I mostly see people bashing him and believe in the girl party. We all don’t know what’s happened behind closed door but all I hope and wish for right now is that Build will be able to clear his name. As long as the truth is not out here yet, I’ll still be someone who support and love him.
