We are just two days back from Serenade (Adults only). It´s a nice Resort in terms of Rooms and Pool. But far behind a 5 Star Resort. The staff is friendly but so untrained! food always was cold. Hard to explain. 14 days earlier we stayed in the Magaritaville CapCana Resort…. It´s like you are in a different world. I canˋt recommend Serenades.. not even you get a good deal (320USD/Night)
Hi, am trying to decide between Serenade luxury swim out vs Grand Bavaro process platinum suite. Do you have any recommendation? We are traveling with a 6 year old.
