If you've been riding your Can-Am Spyder for any respectable amount of time, you know that being comfortable while riding is essential... especially on those long touring rides. If you're having to hunch over to reach the handlebars your most likely not enjoying your ride time to the extent you could be. With comfort in mind, we've partnered up with the team over at Show Chrome Accessories to bring you guys an aluminum handlebar riser kit that's compatible with both the Spyder F3 Line-up as well as the 2020 and newer RT & RT Limited.
This kit is manufactured out of aluminum and powder coated with a black finish for a factory look. The riser kit not only includes a pair of riser blocks, but also includes 2 additional spacers, providing you with up to 3 different bar adjustment options, so that you can fine tune your handlebar position to the option that's most comfortable for you.
If u have a center mounted Zumo XT, another added feature of adding this extension is that it brings the GPS higher & closer easier to see...
How many inches are the handlebars pushed closer to the driver in the event all the spacers are used?

Hi. can you use the handlebar riser kit with the dragbar?
Thank you for the question Karl. We have not tested this riser kit with the drag bars, however if the drag bars mount with the same OEM hardware as the stock handlebars I don't see a reason why they wouldn't work. That all being said take extra precaution while mounting the drag bars to ensure that all bolts are able to tighten and that there is no movement in the drag bars. The bolts wont fit if you're already purchased the USB on-handlebar charging kit.
We have not tested the Spyder Extras Docking Station with these Show Chrome Handlebar risers.. but I would say without testing that sounds like an accurate statement.
@@Slingmods Yessir. Specifically, you will need 120MM bolts to go through the 20MM docking station spacers and risers.

Riser plate holes are too small for placement in video. Need to be on top of base plate. Mark risers with white out top fwd L/R to avoid cussing. Second person is recommended, lots of pieces to hold with one hand. Bolts are a too short for plate usage really, only about 4 threads to grab, use lots of thread locker. Overall not too happy with it could've done much better
Update, the riser plates cannot be use on a '21 spyder RT. The plates do not fit the center of the steering column. I placed them on top of the lower block, which changes the symmetry of risers then they do not sit flat. I removed the plates and it's fine. Riser plates go in the trash can for an RT. Slingmods probably ought to ammend their video. On the brightside, the bolts are long enough for peace of mind now
Hello, although the blocks appear to be identical, there is a left and a right side riser block. If you have the left block on the right and vice versa, the riser will not sit flush. We actually did that exact same thing the first time we installed the product. After speaking with the MFG, they clarified.
