Mam I am planning to go Germany next year after 1 year bachelors in India.
Q- Is aps certificate is required at the time of application to university or only at the time of visa application if apply through University portal? Because uniassist require. Mam, I am so tensed because of timeline.Please help.

APS is mandatory for visa, but nowadays it is better to have APS while applying for admission.
