That isn't just a wood shop. THAT is the ultimate "Man Cave"! Much respect to Mr. Klausz. The knowledge that man has. I stand in awe.
I'm not only amazed by pretty much everything in that space, but also by the fact that he remembers the names of the people who made him those plumb bobs... Amazing memory given that I often can't even remember a measurement walking from the bench to the saw lol.
Oh. My. God, This has to be the most incredible, beautiful, meticulous shop i've ever seen. I'm used to working in a poorly lit, CARPETED boat house. One day having a woodshop like this is my dream.
Hey Brent, the craftsmen of the past were used to working in a a poorly lit, dingy space, so don't feel bad!
Watching this during Corona isolation, it's like therapy. Which man would want to go outdoors if he had a workshop like this?
Wow. The finish on those entry doors make them look as though they're made of glass.
They are.
@Old chunk of coal. - They is.
@Old chunk of coal. - Hey dunder-head, don't make me come after you!
@Old chunk of coal. - Why wait? I'll be at YOUR mother's TONIGHT.
@Old chunk of coal. - Well you can't blame me for confusing your mother with Bruce Jenner.
It’s like walking into Tolkien! What a dream shop!
So enjoyable to hear him talk about woodworking. Even more because he reminds me of my grandfather who also came from Hungary. Although my grandpa has been gone since 1973 as soon as I heard Frank speak I heard that unmistakable Hungarian accent. What a pleasure to listen to and watch. Thank you for posting this.
It's the most beautiful workshop I've ever seen. She is shining!
That front door is possibly georgeous. It's amazing....I feel like I'm walking into an upscale, five star restaurant - not a wood working shop.
Thank you for showing us....
Possibly gorgeous?
Did you see all the beer bottles lined up along the ceiling? Beautiful shop! So inspiring! I look forward to meeting him next month.
This is one of the nicest I've seen. Great atmosphere, and that entryway is pure class.
Frank must have been a great teacher. It's lucky for those who got to be his apprentices
Years of respect for his tools and skills embedded in every grain of wood in that shop.
That was one incredible shop. So clean, practical, and beautiful. My dream would be to have a workshop like Frank Klausz. He is an inspiration and great teacher.
Thanks for watching! Yea, my dream would be to work in that actual shop, right along side Frank!
This is the most beautiful shop I have ever seen. One thing I noticed is that, despite the clean look, I didn't saw any vacuum system installed. Maybe it is there, but concealed, what makes it even better.
Thanks so much for sharing.
Best regards.
P. J. Cravino Glad you liked it P.J.!
Amazing! Frank is truly an icon to all of us and such a colorful and inspirational character. Thanks for sharing.
Marc Lewis Glad you enjoyed it, and hope you subscribed to see future workshop tours!
This is the most beautiful workshop, a dream for anyone working with wood..... and the tools.... brilliant. Thank you Frank for sharing! All the best from Hamburg :o)
Woau!!! Fantastic!!! Thanks to much Mr Klausz for show us your Shop!.
Very beautiful work!!
One of my favorite TH-cam videos.
wow. this workshop looks amazing. it shows how much love and soul was poured in it. im amazed !!!
This guy is legendary. Cant stop watching him
It's beautiful! I am going to dream about this shop forever!
That work bench is brilliant!
Boy, you'd better be aces with the dust-collector set-up in that place. And I've seen old-school guys with antique moulding-plane inventories that were big enough to take up an entire wall in a normal rectangle-shaped building. Frank's plane collection is much reduced from that category. But that Plumb-bob collection! Ha! In the space of about four feet, it's a world-class museum of the history of plumb-bobs, all by itself! THAT's the part that blew my mind on this tour.
Thanks for sharing Frank. You got the most beautiful workshop, nice floor. Love the round house so cool.
Woodkrafts Wood-krafts Frank didn't post this video, but I'm glad you enjoyed it!
I know and understand why all the woodworkers are impressed with the shop. However I'm very new to woodworking and only on a small scale, and I’m more impressed with a wonderful man to whom his family and craft are everything.
OMG.....My dream shop when I retire........Good video.
I love ur channel....
Awesome!! I'm always amazed by the skills of these woodworking Masters! What an accomplishement in life!
Glad you liked it! You can see my other workshop tours here: th-cam.com/play/PLb05GHmjNNyAUSlaEkgbY15bYxst5zlEV.html
Amazing shop.
That shop is Killer the live edge table is awesome.
Wow, Frank is truly an inspiration to learn more and "sharpen" your craft.
Yup, he sure is Jason. Thanks for your comment.

Thanks for the video. Interesting to see carpenter's hand tool so neatly laid out on shelves. Thanks again. Like!
Products made of wood can be so beautiful!
Great visit! Appreciate the effort.
Fantastic video as always Joshua! Frank has the dream shop. I love the tour and the layout. Thank you.

Beautiful shop.
I love Frank Klausz, my 10yrs old was a big fan when he was 5years old.
SuperKwame1 I'm glad you're raising your kid with such good influences!
Beautyful work
Beautiful wood, keep teaching.
A very interesting video. Wood is an incredible beautiful and versatile material.
Amazing shop and individual, really great video.
I'm glad you liked it!
Isso sim é que é uma marcenaria!! Belíssima marcenaria!!! Um capricho e um luxo só! E o Sr Klausz, mestre marceneiro é fantástico! Parabéns.
Godlike workshop. Thanks for the video, it inspires insanely.
I get the impression that for every sentence Frank speaks, there is a 10 minute story to go along with it. It was most pronounced when he was pointing out the plumb bobs.
Dude... frank has a sweeeeet setup.
This is my impossible dream
great man
An incredibly beautiful shop -- real eye candy and an inspiration to make beautiful things But where is the Felder slider? A Saw Stop is nice, but I really loved seeing Frank with a Felder, and I was hoping to see it as the centerpiece of his shop as I hope a Felder will be the centerpiece of my shop some day.
So nice! Thanks for the video
Amazing shop! So much work and detail has gone into it
Also it is very clean, almost too clean haha
Nathaniel Sharp Yes and yes :)
Great shop. Thanks for sharing!
Maine Homesteaders You are welcome!
QUE ES ESTO ???? waoooThis is how a carpentry church would not dare to take a hammer, it is so beautiful, everything, congratulations, I am amazed, greetings from Mexico
so clean n beautiful n calming n peace n awesome
Beautiful workshop and tools, yeah it's clean and organised but it makes for an easier build. I would keep it clean as well imagine trying to clean up after a while of doing different builds. Peter G
Stunning!
You know something special inside once you set eyes on that entry door. And it was.
"Cifra Palota", csak nem zöld az ablaka... :)
It's a very nice Workshop! LIKE! :) Best regards from Hungary!
Thank you!
Joe Unseen You're welcome Joe!
would love to see video on how he made doors!!!
Too nice for a workshop.
i love this man
It's a woodworker's Valhalla. Beautiful.
4:32 that's a BIG chisel!
nice job
beautiful
I would love to record drums in that room. Great acoustics!
ametalguitarist Ha, ha. Yes, I used to play drums and would enjoy hearing them inside Frank's workshop!
Thats a trophy shop, no dust, no scratches,no projects.
This man is the real deal. He ran his production cabinet shop for many decades, and finally built his dream shop for retirement. He indeed had some projects going on, but Frank did more woodworking in his life than almost anyone.
Ha
Can I come visit yr shop? Amazing...
I have an impressive shop, but nothing like this as appealing to the eye.
awesome!
Man what I would give to work with him for a few months to learn
It does'nt look like woodworking shop, very organized and clean. It looks like woodworking tools museum.
And where's all the sawdust like my shop?
master woodworker tends to make masterpiece, which is only in few number, that shop is functional imo
In compared to my this shop is like a temple :)
His work table is the altar.
Very nice....
It’s absolute sacrilege to call this a wood shop. This is truly a craftsmanship cathedral. All those of us who share the woodworking faith perhaps should endeavour to make at least one visit in our lifetimes. (Sorry Frank if you suddenly get overwhelmed with visitors coming to pay homage!)
I like the way he says "drawers".
Yeah, me too!
I am most struck by his sharp mind. He calls forth names of people in such a way to make me believe his life and his past are as clean and organized as appears his present. He is a testament to living well. I also like how his tools appear to be his friends. He knows the name of each, the purpose of each, the character of each as though they were his children and I suppose his real mastery is in coaxing each child to perform to its utmost. I think in this case, his skill is not in creating the beauty of the objects he makes but the joy he feels in the journey of each making. In this sense, his shop truly is a place of spiritual uplifting.
Can you please ask your mustache to stop staring at me?
Need the story behind the giant chisel!! Tim Hunkin?
Wow, cool.
I couldn't work in there. I'd be afraid to damage something or get it messed up.
I'll have to stick with my old 40's building.
newstart49 Ha, ha. Yup, it's like a museum.
newstart49 See how neat he is. Everything is so tidy and no sawdust on a floor. Isn't that incredible???? He has made workshop so cosy that you would want your TV, library and computer in it. Perhaps, you could bring your snooker pool table in it. This TH-camr has made his garage look like a boys-only room.
newstart49 I'd rather see your shop than his.
How can he keep the shop so clean? He is a very interesting man
Yup, I'm resolved to make my shop cleaner.
Your shop is incredible. How do you control dust? I can't believe you get away with having a rug in your shop.
Whoa!! What kind of wood is that bench top made from at 1:45?!
Maravilha de ferramentas, e tudo muito bem cuidado, parabéns
carlosmineiro94 Obrigado por assistir !
Very nice shop, the only thing wrong with it there isnt a corner to pee in 😂. ❤ your shop .
Beautiful beautiful beautiful beautiful beautiful beautiful beautiful beautiful beautiful
i do share the sentiment about vices
Wow !
frank klausz should make more videos
Nice...but I'm a little confused, because in the hour long video Frank made for Felder about their combination tables he said they were so good that if he were to do a new shop he'd definitely put one in...and here we are, a new shop, a few nice Festool products boxed up, but no Felder 5 function combination table.
LOL. You'll have to ask Frank about that! But it sounds like he was saying that if were going to setup a production shop, he'd use Felder. His current shop is more of a retirement shop that doesn't need the big commercial machines. Gotta love the music on the Felder video :)
man im from new jersey i wish i could learn from him
Amai frank, schonen atelier da ge daar he ze ;)
nice...
OMGoodness heavenly
