      @@GarageStrength Hey could you please do a videos for fighters to increase strength and injury prevention of the forearms and hands? Are knuckle pushups actually good for building up the forearms or is there a better alternative? I do farmers walks, fat grip reverse curls, and the hand rotating stick with weight hanging at the bottom thingy. More ideas would be appreciated. Cheers mate!
