Here is my Point, if you have to appeal to another demographic to gain opportunities that is the problem. Racism is still a have versus have not issue. Maybe we should focus our effort on divesting from the paradigm that currently exists. Instead of sustaining it.

They have no problem with diversity when it comes to drawing up congressional map territories to give them advantage in elections. They should just consider DEI policies as a gerrymandered redrawn map for the job market.
