Fall Fly Fishing for Browns and Rainbows! || Western North Carolina

- Fall is upon us!! Not only is it a beautiful time of year to get outside and see the changing colors, but it is also a great time chase trout! I started off the day throwing streamers in bigger pools searching for a big, aggressive brown trout. After a few hours of only moving a few fish and maybe one or two eats, I decided to switch gears and swapped to a hopper-dropper rig. I was able to get several browns and bows to the net to finish the day! Such a fun day getting to do some fall fly fishing in Western North Carolina!
