For data structure is necessary for front end ,and you prefer which programming language for data structures??
Obviously yes. Without the knowledge of Performance Optimization and problem solving, we cannot become a skilled front-end engineer. Though it might not always be as crucial as in back-end, it's good to know atleast in the Interview Aspect. I prefer Java.

Documentation shud be enough even if we are an absolute beginner. The reason stays simple. Why should we pay when resources are available for free? Use those free resources to its full potential. Even then if you need further resources, we can go for paid courses. All the best, Cheers buddy 🥂❤️
What is difference between react and bootstrap
Bootstrap is a framework of CSS while React.js is a library of JavaScript. Both has its own purpose.
i suggest you to replace bootstrap with tailwind css
