And this conversation has helped me deepen even more and let go of the fear "of disappearing" or "losing myself" in the "process" of awakening. I feel very fortunate to have you in my life ♥ I love you 💫
When you are completely neutral about your body then pain dissapear, dis ease does not accompany you anymore, just pure awareness. What is also helpful is creating the new belief that age does not require to have pain at all. That your body does not have to carry pain anymore. Actually to think the contrary, aging gets you healthier and healthier and healthier. Thats what I do since 12 years ago. I AM GETTING HEALTHIER AND YOUNGER. Sickness goes away when you believe that only your intuition gives you the messages. Because sickness and pain is only a message that you havent heard or understood yet ;) trapped emotions there, all the pain will be there calling you, and diseases appear to tell you where you have to change until you do .... but when you get all your body in harmony with emotions, actions and food then the path to send you messages is pure intuition, thats what is called PEACE OF BODY ;) just like PEACE OF MIND when you have understood your thoughts ;)
Hi, I came across the Greatest Secret a few days before my husband and I got Covid. It has been the greatest blessing for me as I was eternally rerunning the past or inventing the future which was not a good future so I was believing my mind. I became awareness during reading this book and now do the exercise “Am I aware” and “Welcoming my negative memories and beliefs” this has been my “Greatest Blessing “ as I feel lighter and although I still have quite a few memories and beliefs to release. I feel happier and I know if I keep going I will never be depressed again and my mind is gradually becoming quieter. I have been listening to Sailor Bob Adamson and now listening to you both, Thankyou for putting all the websites in your book Rhonda it has been so helpful to hear, as you said, someone talking about it all as it really does help. 💜😀💜

Loved the tool of closing the eyes to see that there are no borders between the body and the space.
