For example the recent Conan, opal, and two other officers got dapped for arresting a solo suspect, worst that they were avoiding opal and Conan to hear their side. Can’t blame high command as there’s like few of them but they aren’t in all the shifts, and now most judgment calls come from the snrs that rub in wrong way of others opinions and bad influence. The few need to change how they act or need a talking to improve pd instead of quick decide.

What a shock, a guy constantly put as a "leader" without any ability to be a leader is constantly failing, and people yet again want to get away from him. Saab might be a good guy, but he is a terrible person to put in a leadership role, I mean just look at all his failures due to his lack of leadership. But he will just whine and complain that since he is an admin that he deserves a leadership role in the police. Bass was a constant failure as a leader, that character after Bass died was a failure, and now Slacks is a failure, is it really such a shock that somebody without leadership ability is constantly failing to be a leader?

I agree that he has been lackadaisical with improving the pd but I definitely don’t think he’s one of the ones actively ruining it. He’s one of the good cops for sure but he hasn’t been proactive with fixing the internal problems.
