This land is now listed as being for sale on Zillow for almost $7 million. The listing says "This project's original concept was planned to create a new city center and civic gathering place with a mix use of commercial and residential." So I guess the whole ida was scrapped. A pity.

The most beautiful thing about Post Falls is that its not a huge ugly city buildings its a small city that doesnt need changing
