    Her speech was fast, but she clearly didn't tell him to proceed and he didn't repeat that instruction back to her as he claimed.

    Controllers fast speech was bad, but when 253 heard 300 cleared for takeoff on 22, why did he at least not ask for clarification before crossing the now hot runway?

    These runway incursions don't seem very frequent but anyway why don't they install some gates that closes all taxiways intersecting with the runway whenever there's a plane landing or taking off? or at least traffic light or digital signs clearly visible!

    The fault of 300 there and trying to lie his way out of it….
    Thank god it was a clear day as that could have been horrific

      I'm not a native English speaker, but I could understand her quite well. BTW, if a pilot cannot understand the ATC instructions, he shall ask for repeat and clarification.

      thank you! Between her fast speech and her English, I place more blame on her. Notice she (or another female controller) went into a verbal panic - by which time the pilot had called "traffic! abort!|

    Shouldnt the plane that had just lsnded and needed to cross the runway to disembark shouldnt they have she told them that to radioed for clearance to cross the other runway.she told delta 300 to hold for a few seconds but that was all dhe fidnt tell it to hold for long snd he repeated it back dhe said yo them hold fir runway 22 whats your gate number yes crew dhould hsve checked but id raken that as end of nessage.
    Ususlly they say hold short of bkah fir blah plane on final .
    I think pilot needs to speak to his bosses she needed go nake ger holding more vlear.
    That pilit was perfect gentlrman but id bern serthing if i was a pilot every glight of ours and ATC vommunicayiobs eould be reordered on a mobile phone
