  • Shubhangini’s love for cooking started early, in her unconventional family kitchen. She was deeply influenced by the diverse influences that her grandmother and great grandmother brought into the kitchen - both of whom were inventive and experimental cooks. She later went on to the UK where she was exposed to traditional British fare that was big on comfort with classic flavours, but also edgy at the same time. She balances a creative interplay of ideas with subtle flourishes to create a restrained sensibility that is rooted in a careful processing and sourcing of ingredients.
