Costco 399.00 in the 21” size. Surprisingly easy to set up. We’re happy we purchased one. Looking for the 16” also. Appreciate the unboxing video. It was very helpful.

What are the diameters of the drawing areas on the 16 and 21 inch models?

Instead of doing all that spreading with the plastic piece you can just pick it up and carefully shake it back and forth a couple times and the same will be perfectly even and smooth.

I’ve shaken enough sand to know that this isn’t exactly true. And these tables really benefit from the mass of the sand being very evenly spread. However, to your point, shaking it probably would have given him better results vs how he smoothed it.

Can you play your own music and it will make its pattern based on the vibration of your music?

There's no speakers, you can play your own music in your house, the patterns are preprogrammed and not set to music. This is not a speaker.

I've been trying to get mine to work for two days now. It will start the pattern but always gets stuck at some point. I've tried taking out some of the sand and resetting the device. Has anyone else run into problems with the metal ball getting stuck in the sand?

Also- I have not been able to get anyone on customer support. Tried multiple times and the automated message says they are not taking calls and you cannot leave a message. Pretty disappointing for a $300+ product

Ya I was going to take it apart but instead dumped the sand out turned it upside down and shook it a few times then put the sand back in and it worked I noticed after I did that the ball was in the middle instead of to the side a little when starting a new pattern

No, you have to choose from the app but there's a ton and they actively add new ones.

I just picked up a 21" (original price $500) for $120 at a bed bath and beyond that is closing, so it was liquidated.
