The giveaways are great, but the problem with the condition to win a hamper is to be present at the venue at the time of the draw is it creates a catch 22 situation. You have to be there to win it, but that also means people won't leave to be in the draw and the people queuing up outside can't get in either. I understand holding back cheap sets to put out later for people coming in later in the day, whilst a nice idea this may also make people stick around and prevent others being able to gain entry. Sorry to seem negative, but that's just my take on the logistics bearing in mind it's a tiny venue! That said, I hope it goes well.
Hi Darren. Yes, it is a small venue - there are lots 9f giveaways and people do tend to leave after an hour or two, which then gives the people who arrive later a chance too. It's a tricky one to try and make everyone happy.
