I have a photo where the hair of the model is different. she has coloured her hair to red in colour and the hairstylist got her hair extensions which is black in colour. How can i rectify it and make it to same colour in the photo ?

Small correction 5% opacity times 20 will not make it 100%, it's much more. Same as with investments percentage:)
