Hopefully with the next update, one will be able to get the cup to automatically throw a shadow on the saucer.

If you use the shadow option like he did with the beans, it will create a shadow that's correct based on the lighting of the scene. I don't know why he did one by hand when there's a shadow option in the 3D engine.
