Known DK since he was studying in Indian school in Kuwait in the mid 90s and his father KK did everything possible to prepare him for his future. Played against him in school cricket in Hubara grounds in Ahmadi. No one ever thought he would play for India as he was as talented as any of us schoolboys and improved later on when he shifted to India. His dad made all the difference in his life. Backed him all the way every day of his life.
