Please, Tell about point 1 & 2
1) Patent umblical end of Vit.int.duct : Formation of sinus but no discharge
2) Patent vit.int.duct : Passage of Greenish yellow fecal discharge.
3) Patent urachus : Passage of urine.

If it’s patent, the. Fecal matter will come out
If only umbilical end is patent; discharge

Hello sir ! There was not even a single question on tension pneumothorax … no canula no trauma questions… coming to the GIT 💔part no boerhaave no eosophageal varices pancreatitis Crohns uc zeknkers Meckels diverticulum … no Seminoma … hydrocele varicocele ( Fournier’s gangrene ✅ ) no questions on burns too … no ecg … they were mainly focused on the tests ( ct , PET …. Etc ) no questions on malaria … contraceptives … biomedical waste … pid kits … no questions on tumour markers … and obs questions were more of clinical based .. totally different from what fmge’s prepare … they have literally played with us 😞💔 this was never expected Sir …
