The Holy Spirit never gave up pursuing me until I came to my senses and truly gave my life to Him. I went back home not knowing if my husband would want me back. He showed the forgiveness of Christ and loved me through it all. Our marriage was restored. That was over 30 years ago. We now have two grown children and a beautiful granddaughter.💛 I am eternally grateful for the Spirit’s leading in my life. We have had problems along the way but by God’s grace and our commitment to each other we are still holding to the promise we made to each other and to Him. May He bless you and your husband. Stand firm and see the salvation of the Lord.💛

I forced myself to eat a little more, hydrate and yesterday got some sun by walking in my neighborhood. I still have this heaviness but it's not as strong. Don't get me wrong, I "ve dealt with this feeling for years but this time I think it's just combined with this confinement and virus. I pray you're able to have a breakthrough.

The Holy Spirit is referred to as the “deposit,” “seal,” and “earnest” in the hearts of Christians (2 Corinthians 1:22; 5:5; Ephesians 1:13-14; 4:30). The Holy Spirit is God’s seal on His people, His claim on us as His very own. The Greek word translated “earnest” in these passages is arrhabōn which means “a pledge,” that is, part of the purchase money or property given in advance as security for the rest. The gift of the Spirit to believers is a down payment on our heavenly inheritance, which Christ has promised us and secured for us at the cross. It is because the Spirit has sealed us that we are assured of our salvation. No one can break the seal of God. The Holy Spirit is given to believers as a “first installment” to assure us that our full inheritance as children of God will be delivered. The Holy Spirit is given to us to confirm to us that we belong to God who grants to us His Spirit as a gift, just as grace and faith are gifts (Ephesians 2:8-9).

Because I was scared of this person of the trinity. Right after that, it was like the Spirit left me. When I realize what I did and the gravity of it. I pray to God for forgiveness and repent. But things changed. Help me.

I don't understand why many pentecostal pastors have a tendency to teach that we lose the holy Spirit but then when we get our act together, the holy Spirit comes back but then when we stumble again, the holy Spirit leaves again. I love how Robert Breaker points out that there's no scriptural proof of that
