Thanks so much for posting this. This is my favourite mix and normally I'd have to look at a still image on my TV while this played for 2 hours. I appreciate your efforts my man.
So controversial for its time, the hype behind the name took away from the potential of the mix. Following the initial release people really were against the first half of the mix while at the same time heaping praise upon the second half. Personally, I believe 'Fakeblood' or DJ Touche as he revealed- takes full advantage of his talents to deliver one of the densest and energy packed two hours of dance music of all time. This can be verified by Pete Tong not interrupting the mix for the first whole hour; unheard of! There was talent behind the hype! Peak dance, stuck on repeat! I should add at the time people didn't know the identity of Fakeblood at the time as he played DJ masked (the first)
