    Sir, just want to ask...as per your video regarding on moulding machine, the potential hazard for high noise. Is it just put "noise from the machine" or expose with the high noise from the machine" which is preferable ya sir? Just need confirmation, sorry im new... Hope u can reply my chat. TQ

      Better put "high noise from the machine" as the identified hazard, "exposed to high noise" is the potential accident, and "loss of hearing" as the outcome of the accident. Another example is a "knife" is a hazard, "it can cut finger" as the potential accident, and "injury/bleeding" as the outcome. I hope this explanation helps you.
