Aw yeah! I operate a small underground gold mine but we're all drill-and-blast with diesel equipment. Totally different technology; it's great to see all the specialized gear that has been developed for the opal fields.
This is amazing! Such tedious work but well worth it when you find something. What a fascinating lesson in perseverance. Thank you for showing us the effort that goes into finding my birthstone! I have a new appreciation for these gorgeous rainbows. Much love from Canada.

Love how yall are using the black light to find the opals! We have head lights that have them but into them now! Yall should look into them as the fit right on your helmets! They work great for night fishing it what i mainly use it for.
