Is it easy to get, how much is it cost and do you have to take any test? What kind of scooter is best to navigate around in Saigon or for long dustance travel on roughy road? Yes, I am a lucky man. Thank you for your support. About the license and the model of Scooter, I got my license when I was 17 in Vietnam. I took a written and driving test back then to obtain my license. Although I’m not fanatically good at mopeds or scooters, I think the one I’m using, Honda Wave RSX, is pretty reliable and economical to afford. It’s super easy to man thru heavy traffic as well.

Bạn đã đi hòn đá bạc bằng 1 tuyến đường bị lòng vòng và khó đi, trong khi tuyến đường bên kia rất lớn dễ đi vs gần hơn
