The MDA Labor Day Telethon was an enchanting yearly variety show that ran for half a century. Hosted for many years by Jerry Lewis, the telethon featured top stars from the world of music, comedy, and Broadway and was like no other show on earth.
The telethon was created to help support the Muscular Dystrophy Association, which is leading the fight against muscular dystrophy. MDA dedicates itself to strength, independence and life. To learn more about MDA and to donate, please visit www.MDA.org.
Savion was always an outstanding tapper from a very young age. All the way back to Pinebrook in the Poconos days, with his family. Such fond memories and so happy for his success.

The only reason I found this video is because my 7 year old daughter said she wants to try tap dancing so I thought I'd look some videos up for her. This was the first one I found and I'm so glad I found it because I am so impressed!!! 😍😍😍

I remember this, he use to tap dance with the late great Gregory Hines. I love to watch Tap Dancers and Jazz singers, the theater museums and libraries. This is so amazing🤍🤍🤍🤍

He was wonderful before he took all the "dance" out of his tap dancing. Afraid of being "pretty" or just an artistic choice? Whatever, I wish he hadn't done it.
