Hello. I know. You can tell that someone has a Samsung washer or dryer at their place when you hear that melody from anywhere. Thanks for commenting. Be safe.
Hello. I have two suggestions for you. #1. Hold the OPTION button for 3 seconds. A new menu will appear. There's an option named SOUND that you can toggle it on or off. After your selection, turn off the washer/dryer. Then turn it back on and this should reset the sound. If not, #2 suggestion. Hold the OPTION button for 3 seconds. the new menu will appear. Then select FACTORY RESET. This will reset your washer/dryer from the start. I hope this helps. Good luck, be safe. Thanks for commenting.

I have tried both of those above-mentioned tricks, unfortunately non of them worked... Pulled out of the electric outlet for a while too, still no chance... Any other suggestions? Thank you again.

@@FabCab74 Thank you again for taking your time and those info. You're the best! Tried them all, no luck. All sounds, chimes, alarms and so on or on, but very very muffled. Self check did not show any issues. The machine works fine. I guess need to contact Samsung. Thank you again.
Hello. No, it's not. This is the Samsung Bespoke Washer end melody. There’s a detailed video on this washer in my channel. Thanks for commenting. Be safe.
Yes, that's correct. The good thing about the dryer is that the door can be changed to open from the left or from the right. Unfortunately, with the washer door, it's not possible.
Fun fact: It's been the same tone since 1996.
Nice. My previous washer and dryer were 2007 Maytag. There is no fancy audio on those. Thanks for the info. Be safe.
Samsung is so patriotic. Could the alert be any longer??🤪
Ross, is that you??
No Ross here. Just Fabulous Fabio. Hope you like the reviews. Be safe.
Don't you mean could the alert be replaced with a nicer sounding one that's shorter for 3 seconds
I got that mashine too on my hotel and has got the same ending

I have the opposite issue: my chime and button clicks tips are too faint, can someone help me turn the volume levels back to the original? Thank you.
