So about the filter housing sensors sucking air. I have been trying to figure out my random cutting out I got going on. And I just unhooked the sensor that goes to the filter housing and I really think it fixed it. If it didn’t I’ll be back! Lol

I hit bump on hwy truck shut down, voltage on dash say 0.0. Low voltage disconnect shut power down in sleeper, blown fuse on auxiliary wire on battery change it but truck just turn no crank
Im having the same problem just replaced the fuel pump new filters check valve and new crank and cm sensors and it just turns over it wont start at all
My ecm would only “post” above 45° ambient temp. Pulled off the 70 pin and found much oxidization on one of the ecm pins. Replaced ECM with cat reman and it starts at all temps but I still have sensors dropping out from time to time
I'm having a problem with my same truck have ecm tuned acts like its starving for fuel I've changed fuel filter housing fuel check valve fuel pump put a full tilt exhaust manifold on mine was cracked feels like when I get into a pull like I'm sucking air and cant pull normal boost checked all clamps all the turbo bellows everything
i think i might be having the sam issue, mine cuts in and out like your turning the the key off and back on, first just on a pull but now some times even idleing
On my 08 kenworth t660 c15 studio sleeper the check engine light came on and I check it and this came on. On the screen does anyone know how to check low voltage were to start
Friend has a 1997 RV with the 3126 and Allison Auto. It was running great 4 months ago, His wife left the Dash Fans on (Key in Acc) and it killed the batteries without him knowing. So 4 months later he goes to move it, All the batteries were bad, Swapped out to new ones, Now only spins but no Start. He says it will start on Starting Fluid.. Can anyone help figure out his issue ?. He says there is Fuel and Oil pressure ?!!.
@@rogerlindvall3625 ok I checked all 3 fuses at battery and they are good. (Even replaced the small 2 going to the controller). And still nothing. It has oil pressure and fuel pressure. It was running great until the batteries drained ! Now nothing. I won't use Starting Fluid on it but the owner has/will. And he says it runs great with Starting Fluid ?!?!. He can't afford to have it checked out so I'm trying to help. Any info would be greatful. Thanks.
@@ballardstowingandoffroadre2367 check the ECM electrical plug pull it off the ecm there should be 3 terminal with 12 volts all the time and 1 with 12 volts key on

In the battery box there a fuse link that goes to the battery it might not have got hooked up it supply the ECM with power
