Just some advice from someone who suffers from anxiety disorder. My doctor told me that energy drinks are not recommended for people who suffer/have suffered from anxiety, especially if you also drink coffee. Excess caffeine can trigger anxiety and panic attacks 😊

You should include u cooking ur dinners in the vlogs, and u cooking ur meal prep and putting it into the containers. This could be something u can make more artsy like u we’re talking ab in one of ur previous videos (by possibly adding time lapse montages and what not)

It´s just a coincidence that you were talking about it. I guess the word aggressive was just too...aggressive?
