Kunal sir I think you confused Copyright claim with Copyright Strike. Copyright claim is no serious issue, original right holder gets the revenue. But Copyright Strike is serious issue as 3 consecutive Strike in 90 days can lead to your youtube channel deletion.

Yes they can raise copyright claim. You have to continuously use the subscription.
