Lenovo should have a WARNING screen when doing a factory reset. To explain without ORIGINAL google codes it will not be a usable tablet anymore. If you don't have google codes from eg 2 years ago when you first set it up it won't work. Unaccessable. This may work as he removes codes BEFORE a factory reset.

Choose Bosnia and Herzegovina (Босна и Херцоговенија) - I don't thnk it's important which, but this one worked.
Go forward until you get the Google Account login and choose the lower of the three options.

seems like a scam. Not sure why my lenovo tablet tbx50 5l does not have those options of "delete & manage unused apps...". When searching I find only elements/options related to keyboard. No settings related to deleting or disabling...

DId everything step by step. got to the screen at 6:47 and it just stuck on "Checking for updates" screen forever.

I think alot of these videos are fake....and the device isn't locked. They can get in it, or something. Because none of these videos that show them bypassing it have worked for me. And id be using the exact same device.

I think there is no more links to the application setting.
Can do it through Serbian language. This one skips the google account verification. See my comment just posted.

I encountered the same problem, there is no option to click below the keyboard language selection
Choose Serbian language (Српски), then Bosnia and Herzegovina (HerБосна и Херцоговенија), keep going choosing anything but the first option. See the steps I posted in reply to this video.

Ok I tried this again and it worked!!! Here's what I did, I reset the device again by putting it in recovery mode then wiping data and cache, then went through the set up process until connecting to Wi-Fi, there when you click the window to input Wi-Fi pass, there is a globe 🌐 on the keyboard so I pressed it and added a second keyboard as in this video, and fallowed the rest exactly as in this video.... And SUCCESS!! 😊😊😊
