I hate the game allowing newly gotten hero be played by others in rank, i kept finding people feeding cuz they don't know how to use the hero and now im stuck at master 1
Hok have been really releasing some great heroes lately, if riot doesn't fix matchmaking than I will swap hok for wr as my fourth moba 1 mlbb,2 ,Vainglory community edition ,3Onmyoji arena, 4lol wildrift.

For now they ain't adding recall animations. About revamp they are doing slowly like 1-3 hero each year. Cirrus just got revamped in January ,next is Daji . Splash arts gets revamp along with heroes. A Good thing needs time yk. They can't just revamp 10 heroes with poor quality
I think this hero is approved to me. He just needs a little adjustment with his stat and role from fighter/assasin to mage/assasin (there's already too mant fighter in the game). His 1st skill is not that OP to me as long as he is only the one who can pass the wall, and the range is max at 2 walls, just increase the cooldown. 2nd skill is fine for now - but i think this need to be change in the future. The ultimate also should be adjusted. Clone stat should at least start at 40% of the original user stat and just add percentage based on the magic damage of the user. What i see is that his 1st skill will be the initiator skill, 2nd and passive will be the main damage and the ultimate will the support/damage. His passive is pretty broken to me. It's like an execute skill.
The role of a magician does not suit him, because his skills do not have a range, and all heroes who have the role of a magician have long-range skills with them and can be played remotely from team battles or close, if it is not a pure hero magician, like the same menki

I don't know how many changes he received when he finally relased but judging by this video here is i think how to make this hero balance: 1.of course nerf his stat 2.reduced the damage of his passive skill 3.shorten his first skill range and remove its interaction with skill 2 4.second skill seems pretty balance,if his second skill passive(?) can hit all unit that have mark nerf it and make it has a maximum of 3 unit 5.remove the knockback effect and shorten the duration and the range
Removing the knock back effect would be unnecessary as almost hero in HOK has a very intense and high cc , so him getting one would be easier to survive and poke/kite enemy
Its not its just more of a team play game unlike ml where mm can kill assasin in early to late, and if u r new to this game its not that assassin r strong but the old players r storming the new server that makes new server too hard to play so make new friends in game who is exp n play together.
