Marmot Quest 1: Zippermast sensor mast technology in alpine winter environment

In March 2022 we conducted the product test "Marmot Quest 1" on the mountain plateau "Reiteralpe" close to Berchtesgaden. On 1700m above sealevel at winter conditions, we successfully tested our Zippermast sensor mast system. The mast was provisionally attached to the all-terrain vehicle BV206 of Haegglunds. On top of the mast, we integrated several sensors like the ground radar system GO12 of Thales Deutschland GmbH and a 365 degree camera of Controp Precision Technologies Ltd.
