Kimmo's Notes: It looks easy, but the execution is not that simple. With Just Die giving all trains an extra life, you can't be conservative about the firepower you have, no pun intended on Scorched Earth. Dehaka's Impalers with Tenderize is a given to have on this map. They have fantastic single-target damage against armored targets and with Tenderize, their auto-attack doubles up as a Damage-Over-Time option to the trains.
Guardians and their Primordial Fury and Explosive Spores also offers another duology of options against the trains. Their Primordial Fury stacks can increase their attack speed up to 50%. So they can both deal damage to the trains fast while having a burst damage option against them as well. As a bonus, their quirk as an air unit allows them to entirely avoid Scorched Earth. A few Mutalisks would be added to provide buffer and protection for the Guardians later on in the game.
So where does Dehaka fit in this? Dehaka is not the direct damage dealer but he is the centerpiece catalyst that enables the Guardians and Impalers to do all of their damage. Shadow Disruption offers so many helpful buff options for his army. Sentries provide attack speed and cooldown buffs, increasing Guardian's attack speed further and making their Explosive Spores absolutely spammable. Dark Templar provides both healing and spammable Explosive Spores. Adepts can be devoured on the tail-end of an engagement to provide movement speed and healing to get into position for the next battle faster. Stalkers can provide an armor damage increase bonus to further increase the damage output against the trains for both Guardians and Impalers.
That's not even including what Dehaka can do to buff the Pack Leaders themselves. The biggest example of this is Murvar. The cooldown reduction makes Murvar a rapid 3D printer for the locusts.
Scorched Earth is very simple to avoid for Dehaka and his Impalers. His Impalers can simply stay back enough and deal their damage to the trains while Dehaka and the Guardians deal with the army. Do not forget to make Primal Wurms on the edges of your base as Hybrid Destroyers are especially sneaky on this map to harass your base.
