    At home it's always a hassle to have enough plates. I like the idea of just using an adjustable dumbbell or kettlebell to get to the heavy part of your set. Take the thing off and just get back to rotational work that you might not want to use quite that heavy of weight.
    I also love the use of that with a belt squat movement without having to get up on boxes. The chains on those dip belts never felt like I could get a good position, but something like this totally good. Thanks for posting. Love your content
