I had to come back to this video and comment as I literally only unboxed my Bride of Frankenstein 2 pack yesterday…and..I did not know until I actually had him in my hands what PERFECTION Frankenstein’s Monster is as a doll..I don’t even usually like boy dolls that much and he is instantly one of my favourite dolls 😭
I LOVE this Set... I am STILL waiting for Mine...HELLO...MATTEL... ??? I wish they would have made the Head of Frankenstein a little larger...it just seems off Scale next to her head...Do You Notice that? I Still Love them...and Absolutely LOVE watching you and Tony...You have the BEST REVIEWS...and Love How Organized all Your Dolls Look...AMAZING!!!
In the og book by Mary Shelly, the monster of Frankenstein was never given a name and was called a monster, creature, etc. I always refer the monster of Frankenstein as Adam(since I'm sensitive and I can't cope giving such demeaning titles) and to be honest, is definitely the one that ate as it should be😌💅. The bride looks nice but Adam is the highlight for me. The droopy looking eyes just make Adam cuter and sweet imo. I'm swoon💕
'Adam' doesn't look like a mh doll tbh. I wish they softened his facial features a little more so he would fit in with the rest of the special collector items
I got them, and I love them so much! That they've taken two of my favorite characters from two of my favorite movies and made them into such beautiful dolls is amazing! I'm totally in love with Frankenstein. I love that he's instantly identifiable, but he's not terrifying. He's got such a sweet expression! And they've captured the beautiful essence of Elsa Lanchester. These will always be two of my most favorite dolls. I loved your review! Have you seen Bell, Book & Candle? It's a 1958 movie starring Kim Novak, Jimmy Stewart, Elsa Lanchester and Jack Lemon. It's like a Halloween/Christmas combo! I think you might love it.
I'm late to the party and just got them. Love them! Frankenstein's monster has such a sweet expression, and is a great homage to legendary actor Boris Karloff, and the Bride's shoes!!! 🥰 And her hair!!! Perfect!

I'm going to unbox them, pose them and prop open the box to use as a backdrop/diorama display type thing. The art is too pretty to not utilize. Same with Kieran and Djinni, Creature from the Black Lagoon and others...👍🖤
