Kendall and Babe arrive at the hospital. Joe examines Kendall and determines she is in early labor, which he is able to stop with medication. Zach arrives to be with Kendall. During an ultrasound they are told that their baby is a boy. Ryan lets Zach know that Spike is missing and that Greenlee has him.
