Upgrading barbarian horsemen into flayers in core, would be crazy good. 😲

lol, right? assuming that Horsemen have Arm 3 and Light Lance... how would the Flayers upgrade look like?
max 5 models, Adv 10, Mar 20, Light Troops, Vanguard and Throwing Weapons?
i like the Skinning Lash but it might be a bit complex to adapt.
