Routine has really been helping me during this time. If anybody feels like they’re struggling, map out some things you want to achieve with times, and stick to it. It feels purposeful and rewarding.
I’ve been following Rachel for quite sometime and I just recently watched one of her vlogs from like 3 years ago and when I tell you the positive changes this woman has had through the years is inspiring. Love you Rachel ❤️
As a senior, I get free meals from the senior center once a week. It’s not that bad, but if I don’t eat fresh food as well, I get really constipated! I know they mean well. They will call me if I don’t show up! Nice young people.:) So I try to strike a balance. Three meals a week from the senior center, 2 fresh meals at home. That seems to work. I exercise more than most people my age. For example, I put in 8 miles yesterday, the second 4 in a driving rain. People stared. I didn’t care. You can do it, too.:)
That is wonderful that you get out and move. I'm a senior also. Can I ask how old you are. As a senior I feel we really need to move. I have a hard time doing that
Dianne roy, yes. I am age 61. Young for a senior, I know. I get free meals from the senior center, so I accept the designation. But I’ve been an athlete my entire adult life, a karateka, distance runner and professional tree climber, so it’s a bit different for me. I have a concern for my fellow seniors. Not all have been as physically active as I. Most are sedentary. Physical activity is something best begun in our late teens, early 20’s. It’s not impossible! Where there is life, there is hope.:)

He's the one who helped me get through and be a regular. He taught to go whenever I feel the urge and not to hold it back like I did before. I now stock on lots of fiber but I still get constipated sometimes when I eat too much of pasta, corn or banana.

Ok please get a pill container where you have each day already made up. Do it with your meal prep. It saves soooo much time in the morning. You get them from the pharmacy for oldies to keep track of meds I love mine! And it’s great for travel too. Love your vids 💖

It's important to slow down, maybe even a broken down list of 2-4 things would work for you. Take care of yourself and listen to your body 🌱
