I think I have that tummy bug also I felt a bit queasy the last few days and yesterday I pooped my panties I thought I needed to have a big fart but it was a load of liquid poop so that came out instead. A lot have it here. But I'm much better now. It took 4 days to clear up.
I ate a bunch of jellybabies and skittles and then I poop my panties also and it look like bird poop. And I left it there for 4 days until people started avoiding me and calling me skibidi because they felt queazy. And then I recover and eat no more jellybabies.
